Introduction

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for the Service Provider, applicable to your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, and any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our services, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use our services. By using our services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our services.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by the Service Provider, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not access or use the services.

These Terms apply to all users of the services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Any new features or tools which are added to the current services shall also be subject to the Terms.

Your access to and use of the services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using or accessing the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If these Terms are considered an offer by the Service Provider, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.

Description of Service

The Service Provider hereby agrees to provide the User, You, with access to its online platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service includes, but is not limited to, access to digital content, user interface, and software provided by the Service Provider for the purpose of assisting the User in managing their digital assets. The scope, features, and functionality of the Service will be as described from time to time on the Service Provider’s website or through direct communications with the User.

It is expressly understood that the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, maintenance, upgrades, or network failures. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider shall not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuance of the Service.

User Obligations

The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in the jurisdiction of Hong Kong while using the Service. The User shall not use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the financing of terrorism.

The User commits to providing accurate and current information as required for the use of the Service and to promptly update any information that becomes outdated or incorrect. The User acknowledges that failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of their access to the Service.

The User agrees not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, nor to breach any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service. This includes any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

The User shall respect the intellectual property rights of the Service Provider and any third parties. The use of the Service does not grant the User any rights to the intellectual property of the Service Provider or any third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the Service (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, service marks, trade names, inventions, patents, and database rights) are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors. The User acknowledges that, by using the Service, no intellectual property rights are transferred to the User, except for the right to use the Service in accordance with the Terms.

The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from the Service Provider.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions the User may provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary and the Service Provider will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as it sees fit and without any obligation to the User.
